Hirfa ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile marketplace that connects customers in Syria with skilled local craftsmen. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Hirfa application on Android or iOS.
حرفة ("نحن" أو "التطبيق") هي منصة جوّالة تربط العملاء في سوريا بالحرفيين المحليين المهرة. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمعنا لمعلوماتك الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك تطبيق حرفة على أجهزة Android أو iOS.

📋 Information We Collectالمعلومات التي نجمعها
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform:
- Phone number — required for account creation and OTP verification via WhatsApp (powered by Talkalize)
- Full name — displayed on your profile to other users of the platform
- City and service area — used to match job posts with nearby craftsmen
- Job posts and descriptions — content you create when posting a job request, including title, description, category, budget range, and optional photos
- Bid amounts and messages — offers submitted by contractors on customer job posts, including price, timeline, and message
- Work portfolio photos — images uploaded by contractors to showcase their previous work
- In-app chat messages — direct messages exchanged between customers and contractors within the app
- Device push notification token — used to deliver real-time notifications about bids, messages, and job status updates
- Years of experience — provided voluntarily by contractors on their profile
- Ratings and reviews — feedback submitted by customers after a job is completed
- Account availability status — whether a contractor marks themselves as available for new jobs
نجمع فقط المعلومات الضرورية لتشغيل المنصة:
- رقم الهاتف — مطلوب لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق عبر كود واتساب (بواسطة Talkalize)
- الاسم الكامل — يظهر في ملفك الشخصي للمستخدمين الآخرين
- المدينة ومنطقة الخدمة — تُستخدم لمطابقة الطلبات مع الحرفيين القريبين
- الطلبات والأوصاف — المحتوى الذي تنشئه عند نشر طلب عمل، يشمل العنوان والوصف والفئة ونطاق الميزانية والصور الاختيارية
- مبالغ العروض والرسائل — عروض الحرفيين على طلبات العملاء، تشمل السعر والمدة الزمنية والرسالة
- صور معرض الأعمال — الصور التي يرفعها الحرفيون لعرض أعمالهم السابقة
- رسائل المحادثة الداخلية — الرسائل المباشرة بين العملاء والحرفيين داخل التطبيق
- رمز إشعارات الجهاز — يُستخدم لإرسال إشعارات فورية عن العروض والرسائل وتحديثات الطلبات
- سنوات الخبرة — يقدّمها الحرفيون طوعاً في ملفهم الشخصي
- التقييمات والمراجعات — التغذية الراجعة من العملاء بعد إنجاز العمل
- حالة التوفر — ما إذا كان الحرفي يُعلن عن توفّره لاستقبال طلبات جديدة
🔒 How We Use Your Informationكيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- To verify your identity and authenticate your account via WhatsApp OTP (one-time password)
- To match open job posts with craftsmen who serve that city, area, and trade category
- To enable direct in-app communication between customers and contractors
- To send push notifications about new bids, incoming messages, and job status changes
- To display contractor profiles — including name, skills, service areas, ratings, and work photos — to customers browsing the app
- To calculate and display ratings and review counts on contractor profiles
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and provide technical support

🤝 Information Sharingمشاركة المعلومات
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Information is shared only in these limited circumstances:
نحن لا نبيع ولا نؤجّر ولا نتاجر ببياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. تُشارَك المعلومات فقط في الحالات المحدودة التالية:
- Your job post details (title, description, city/area, budget range, and photos) are visible to all registered contractors on the platform
- Contractor profiles (name, bio, skills, service cities and areas, years of experience, rating, work photos) are visible to registered customers
- OTP verification messages are delivered via Talkalize (WhatsApp Business API) — your phone number is shared with this service only for sending the verification code and for no other purpose
- We may disclose personal information if required to do so by applicable Syrian law, court order, or lawful government request
- تفاصيل طلبك (العنوان، الوصف، المدينة والمنطقة، نطاق الميزانية، والصور) مرئية لجميع الحرفيين المسجّلين في المنصة
- ملفات الحرفيين (الاسم، النبذة، المهارات، مدن ومناطق الخدمة، سنوات الخبرة، التقييم، صور الأعمال) مرئية للعملاء المسجّلين
- تُرسَل رسائل التحقق عبر Talkalize (واتساب للأعمال) — يُشارَك رقم هاتفك مع هذه الخدمة فقط لإرسال كود التحقق ولا غرض آخر
- قد نكشف عن معلومات شخصية إذا ألزمنا بذلك القانون السوري المعمول به أو أمر المحكمة أو طلب حكومي قانوني
🗄️ Data Storage & Securityتخزين البيانات وأمانها
Your data is stored on secured servers. We apply industry-standard security practices — including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم مؤمّنة. نطبّق ممارسات أمان صناعية معيارية — تشمل تشفير نقل البيانات (HTTPS) وضوابط الوصول — لحماية معلوماتك من الوصول أو التعديل أو الكشف غير المصرّح به.
Photos (work portfolio, job images) are stored using secure cloud object storage. Push notification tokens are stored only for the duration they are needed to deliver notifications.
تُخزَّن الصور (معرض الأعمال وصور الطلبات) باستخدام تخزين سحابي آمن. تُخزَّن رموز الإشعارات فقط طوال المدة اللازمة لإرسالها.
👤 Your Rights & Controlsحقوقك وخياراتك
- You can edit your name, city, bio, and profile photos at any time from within the app
- Contractors can update their service areas, trade categories, and availability status at any time
- You can withdraw any bid before it is accepted
- You can cancel any open job post at any time
- You can disable push notifications from your device settings
- You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us — we will process the request within 30 days
- يمكنك تعديل اسمك ومدينتك ونبذتك وصور ملفك الشخصي في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق
- يمكن للحرفيين تحديث مناطق خدمتهم وفئات حرفتهم وحالة توفّرهم في أي وقت
- يمكنك سحب أي عرض قبل قبوله
- يمكنك إلغاء أي طلب عمل مفتوح في أي وقت
- يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك
- يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك المرتبطة به كاملاً عبر مراسلتنا — سنعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوماً
👶 Children's Privacyخصوصية الأطفال
Hirfa is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
لا يُخصَّص تطبيق حرفة للأطفال دون سن 18 عاماً. نحن لا نجمع معلومات شخصية من القاصرين عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصراً قدّم لنا معلوماته الشخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنحذفها فوراً.
🔄 Changes to This Policyالتغييرات على هذه السياسة
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في التطبيق أو القوانين المعمول بها. سنُبلّغ المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق. ستعكس دائماً عبارة "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة آخر مراجعة.
Continued use of Hirfa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
استمرار استخدام حرفة بعد سريان التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً للسياسة المحدّثة.
